Applications

TRYPSIN 1:250 is commonly used in the laboratory for removing adherent cells from their culture surface, by severing cell attachment proteins without affecting cell viability. The serine-protease activity of TRYPSIN 1:250 can also be used for in-gel digestions, in proteomics research, and in various membrane-based protein analytical techniques.
